As a Working Student in Finance / Accounting, you will support our team with day-to-day and preparatory accounting tasks and help ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, accurately, and in a well-structured manner.
This is a permanent working-student position designed for long-term collaboration. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and deepen your finance expertise. You will work closely with the finance team, management, and our external tax advisors, gaining hands-on insights that go beyond typical working-student support tasks.

- ✅ how accounts receivable and payable management, including dunning, works in practice
- ✅ how finance processes are documented, structured, and continuously improved
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with ongoing and preparatory accounting for our external tax advisors
- Creating invoices via sevDesk and processing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Managing and reconciling receipts, e.g., expenses, via Pleo
- Collaborating with our external tax firm and preparing data for DATEV
- Supporting the monthly shareholder reporting (SuSa-based, partially automated)
- Creating and maintaining cash flow overviews (12-week forecast)
- Maintaining the outgoing invoices master file, including revenue allocation and service periods
- Supporting accounts receivable and payable management, e.g., tracking payments and dunning
- Contributing to ad-hoc finance projects and the continuous improvement of our internal processes
