What you will do:

  • Innovation, Strategy & Planning:
    Together with the Sales and Marketing teams, you expand our customer pipeline and find creative ways to make sales processes simpler and more effective.
  • Inbound Sales:
    Our Marketing team generates leads (e.g. via trade fairs or performance marketing), which you qualify, develop, and convert together with your sales colleagues.
  • Outbound Sales:
    Using state-of-the-art sales tools and technologies, you qualify leads, build up and manage the lead pipeline, and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Enthusiasm & Positive Energy:
    You inspire potential clients with our software and convince them from the very first contact through to closing the deal with your positive attitude and determination.
  • Ownership & Think Big:
    You take full ownership of developing your customer segment, identify market potential, and find creative ways to contribute significantly to the company’s growth.
  • Networking:
    You have a strong network and continuously expand it in your role at emax digital. LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) is already one of your close companions.
  • Tools & Efficiency:
    You work with modern sales and CRM software that supports you in documenting your sales activities and successes.
  • Monthly Performance:
    You are not intimidated by monthly targets — quite the opposite: clear goals motivate and push you to perform at your best.

Your profile

  • Working closely with customers and networking is what you truly ❤
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or building customer relationships
    (ideally in selling digital products / Software as a Service)
  • Brands, Tech & E‑Commerce: You enjoy working with strong brands, are enthusiastic about technology, and are familiar with the e‑commerce environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset: You remain patient, positive, and solution-driven even when dealing with challenging customers
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You don’t just want a taste of startup life — you want to actively help build and grow a young tech company
  • International mindset: You speak German and English fluently and feel comfortable working in an international team of sales professionals, marketers, product managers, and software developers
  • Amazon expertise is a plus: You have worked at Amazon or managed Amazon sales or advertising activities on the agency or brand side
  • Language & product skills: Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or a comparable qualification
